I am a starter with spgm, and tried gallery mage 2.5.
Works great and no errors.
But after installing jai-1_1_3-lib-windows-i586-jre.exe everything is going quicker.
But it's ignore my setting for thumbnails .
So i shut JAI off and now it's working again.
Is it a known problem, and is there a fix?

This actually tricked me up recently too - are you sure however the files are simply not re-exporting because they already exist? Gallery Mage by default does not overwrite files (for your protection), however this is rather confusing to the user (and even me) as no message is given one way or another. I will fix this for the next version.
In the mean time - can you try deleting that directory and re-exporting with JAI? It *should* work.
